(ORAL) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition for the issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to re-fix the pay scale of the petitioner and also re-fix the pension accordingly by giving benefits of military service as well as the benefits arising out of 6th pay commission along with interest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the aforesaid claim, the petitioner has already issued a representation on 03.04.2023 to the respondent No.6. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case his representation is directed to be decided by the respondent No.6 POONAM BHATT 2023.05.18 15:20 I attest the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
