In view of the aforesaid request, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.

Since the petitioner is stated to be behind bars since the last about 2 years and 6 months and as on date only 3 out of the cited 10 PWs have been examined and all the remaining PWs are official witnesses, the prosecution is directed to ensure their presence before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing or on any date as directed by the Trial Court, so that PANKAJ KAKKAR 2022.08.01 13:48 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
