(Oral) Petitioners are seeking directions to the respondents to allow them to join on the post of Extension Lecturers/Assistant Professors in their respective subjects as workload is available with respondent Nos. 3 to 7, as per letter dated 28.01.2019 The grievance of the petitioner is that she they had given letter (Annexure P-7 colly) stating therein that they be allowed to join as workload is still available in the Colleges.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents to look into letter (Annexure P-7 colly) and adjust the petitioners on vacant posts in the Colleges, as per letter dated 28.01.2019 (Annexure P-11), keeping in view judgment passed in CWP No. 169542015 tilted as Anurag Chahal and others vs. State of Haryana and another.
