(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 354/452/323/34 IPC, in complaint case No. 17 dated 25.08.2014, pending before the Court of leaned JMIC Samana. This Court vide order dated 17.02.2016 directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and submit his bail bonds. Learned counsel for the applicant has filed certified copy of order dated 25.02.2016 whereby the petitioner had appeared before the trial Court and submitted his bail bonds, which is taken on record as Annexure A-1.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition.
