The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for the quashing of the impugned order dated 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-5), chargesheet dated 12.01.2026 (Annexure P-6) and order framing charge dated 12.01.2026 (Annexure P-7) passed by the ASJ, Patiala, in case FIR No.253 dated 13.11.2021 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 109, 115(2), 126(2), 351(2), 117(2) and 3(5) of BNS registered at Police Station Samana, District Patiala.

The learned counsel for the petitioners, at the very outset, submits that he wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the grounds raised in the present petition before the Trial Court at the appropriate stage. He further prays that directions be issued to the Trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously as the FIR was registered way back on 13.11.2021.

In view of the prayer made, the present petition is disposed of with the directions to the Trial Court to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible but in any case not later than 06 months from the next date of hearing fixed before it.
