(ORAL) By way of present petition, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing of a complaint as well as summoning order arising out of proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

It has been pointed out by learned counsel representing respondent No.2 that the complaint under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act filed at the instance of respondent No.2 already stands dismissed by the trial Court and as such nothing survives in the present petition now.

In view thereof, the present petition is ordered to be rendered as infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
