Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to surrender before the investigating agency. In case, petitioner surrenders before the investigating agency within a week from today and applies for regular bail a week thereafter, trial court shall endeavour to decide his bail application expeditiously.
