(ORAL) Through this writ petition, the petitioners seek quashing of ex-parte order dated 07.05.2021 (Annexure P-4). By virtue of the said order, The Deputy Commissioner has requested the Senior Superintendent of Police to provide police help as there is apprehension of law and order situation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that demarcation of Khasra No.263 (30-13) is going to be carried out and police help has been sought for the said purpose. Demarcation of land cannot adversely affect the interest of any party. Provision of police help is only to ensure that no damage is caused to life or property.

I see no reason to quash the impugned order. Infact, there does not appear to be any cause of action entitling the petitioners to approach this Court.
