Inderjit Singh, J.

The petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.27 dated 1.3.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 457 and 380 IPC at Police Station Sadar Mansa, District Mansa.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

The first petition for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner has already been dismissed on merit by this Court on 19.11.2018 by holding that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not pointed out any changed circumstance at the time of arguments. As already held in the earlier order, the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation, therefore, no ground is made out for grant of HARPAL SINGH PARMAR 2019.05.21 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
