H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has since joined the investigation. This fact is admitted by the learned State counsel, on instructions from HC Mewa Singh. He further states that petitioner is not required for further investigation. In these circumstances, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.12.2017 is made absolute, subject to fulfillment of conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. The petition in that way is allowed.
