**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner against the order dated 11.04.2019 passed by the Punjab State Commission for Non-Resident Indians vide which recommendation was made to file cancellation report in the FIR No.22 dated 11.10.2018 under Section 420 IPC, P.S. NRI District SAS Nagar and also to register the FIR against the opposite party i.e. the petitioner and her son. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the MOHMED ATIK 2022.08.06 04:04 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP-13434-2019  parties have amicably resolved their differences and this petition be declared as infructuous at this stage with a liberty to the petitioner that in case something survives, petitioner may move an appropriate application for revival of this case. Learned counsel for respondent No.3 admits the factum of compromise.

Dismissed as having become infructious at this stage with the liberty aforesaid.
