Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 read with Section 437 (6) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.180, dated 18.05.2022, registered under Sections 406, 420, 120-B and 506 of the Indian Penal Code (Annexure P-1) at Police Station Bilaspur, Yamunanagar, District Yamunanagar. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
