 '() &* Allegations against the petitioner Harpreet Singh @ Gurpreet Singh in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.177 dated 01.12.2014 registered at Police Station Cantt.

    weapon on the left hand of the complainant which is covered under Section 325 IPC.

It is vehemently submitted on behalf of the petitioner by Mr. R.S. Sekhon, Advocate that the injury is on the non;vital part of the body and that the parties have already compromised the matter and has placed reliance upon Annexures P3 and P4, which is not controverted by Mr. Balraj Singh Sidhu, Advocate representing the complainant as well as learned State counsel and they do not oppose grant of bail to the petitioner.

In view of this, in the event of arrest, petitioner is ordered to be released on bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). He shall continue to join investigation. Petitioner shall furnish an undertaking that he shall abide by the conditions specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.
