ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.79 dated 03.11.2017 registered under Sections 295, 324, 326, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (Section 326 IPC added later) at Police Station Tibber, District Gurdaspur.

Counsel for the petitioners submits that in pursuance to the order dated 18.12.2017, the petitioners have already appeared before the Investigating Officer and joined the investigation. Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jasvir Singh, has not disputed the factual position and states that the petitioners are not required for any further investigation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 18.12.2017 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
