RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this court by way of instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., invoking inherent jurisdiction of this court, seeking transfer of investigation of FIR No.3 dated 5.1.2015 under Sections 22, 61 and 85 NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, Distt. Ferozepur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the grievance of the petitioner was not being redressed, he finally approached respondents no.2 to 5 by way of representation dated 30.1.2015 (Annexure P-5), but the same is also pending decision. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur-respondent no.5 is directed to look into the matter and take an appropriate action on his representation dated GREESH SAHNI 2015.03.16 11:38 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Crl.Misc. No.M-8220 of 2015 30.1.2015 (Annexure P-5), within a reasonable time. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepurrespondent no.5 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance raised by the petitioner vide his representation 30.1.2015 (Annexure P-5) and decide the same at an early date, by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the above said observations made and directions issued, the present petition stands disposed of.
