**** Rajesh Bhardwaj, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.219, dated 13.10.2024 under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC registered at Police Station City Rajpura, District Patiala. 2.
Vide order dated 27.08.2025, matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and the same remained successful. Both the counsel admit that settlement dated 15.12.2025 has been arrived at between the parties.

Vide order dated 25.04.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join the investigation. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 25.04.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such her SONIA BURA 2026.01.16 15:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned State Counsel, on instructions has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and she is no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, interim order dated 25.04.2025 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) of BNSS, 2023.
