PANKAJ JAIN , J.(Oral) Petition herein is for setting aside order dated 30.09.2014 (Annexure P-3) passed by Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Malout whereby the complaint filed by petitioner against respondents No.3 to 5 was dismissed and for setting aside order dated 06.02.2015 (Annexure P-5) whereby the revision petition filed by petitioner against order dated 30.09.2014 was also dismissed.
