Counsel for respondents No. 1 and 2 states that there is another FIR against the complainant and they will also file a petition for quashing of the FIR on the basis of compromise.

Counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the compromise effected between the parties, he wants to withdraw the petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
