Seeking quashing of order dated 9.5.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by Superintendent, District Jail Karnal, Haryana, respondent no.2, vide which application for parole of the petitioner has been dismissed and for directing respondent no.2 to grant parole to the petitioner for three months in order to undergo his nose operation. 2.

State's counsel does not dispute the medical exigency to the petitioner and also admits that earlier also, the petitioner was released on parole and he had obeyed the terms of the parole and joined back. +9 3.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for grant of temporary parole on medical grounds. In case any such application is filed, the same be decided on top most priority not later than seven days from the date of its filing.
