**** JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. This Contempt petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 has been filed for initiating contempt proceedings against the respondents for violating the order dated 06.03.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP No. 6387 of 2020. Learned State counsel has circulated vernacular order dated 18.09.2020 (in Punjabi) which makes out that the order dated 06.03.2020 stands complied with. The same is taken on record as Mark-A. Copy of the order dated 18.09.2020 be sent to the petitioner. In view of the above, the intended purpose of filing the instant petition is fully achieved. No further action is warranted in the matter. Disposed of.
