The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 14.01.2026 passed by this Court in CRM-M-69697-2025, titled as Lukman Versus State of Haryana and others. 2.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Nain, AAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and contends that in compliance of order dated 14.01.2026, speaking order dated 28.02.2026 has been passed. The same is taken on the record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner.

A perusal of speaking order dated 28.02.2026 shows that order dated 14.01.2026 passed in CRM-M-69697-2025 has been complied with. 5.

In view of the same, the contempt is purged and rule is discharged.
