**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Petitioner seeks direction to the learned trial court for concluding the trial at an early date by invoking the inherent jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial is pending for more than seven years. She further submits that out of 26 witnesses, only one PW has been examined so far and the case has now been listed for 1.4.2015. She refers to different zimni orders passed by the learned trial court to show that matter is being delayed without any justified reasons.
