Amol Rattan Singh, J Pursuant to the order dated 22.05.2019, the report of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Abohar dated 15.07.2019, is on record, stating therein that the statements of the petitioners were recorded before that court on 10.06.2019, with the statement of the complainant in the FIR, Davinder Kaur, having been recorded on 03.06.2019, she having stated that the matter has been compromised by her with the petitioners. As per the opinion of the learned Magistrate, the matter has been settled voluntarily between the parties with no pressure or coercion. Consequently, though the allegation against the petitioners is that they had snatched an envelope held in the hand of the daughter of the AVIN KUMAR 2019.09.05 13:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
