CRR(F)-706-2024(O&M) - 1IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CRR(F)-706-2024(O&M) Decided on : 23.07.2025 DHARAM RAJ . . . Petitioner(s)

Versus

KAMLESH . . . Respondent(s) CORAM: HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE KIRTI SINGH PRESENT: Mr. Pradeep Chhoker, Advocate for the petitioner(s).

**** KIRTI SINGH , J. (Oral) As per office report, notice could not be issued to the respondent for want of process fee.

Even on the last three dates, notice could not be issued to the respondent for the same reason. The same reason was duly recorded in the orders dated 23.09.2024, and 06.02.2025 in the presence of learned counsel for the petitioner, wherein he was repeatedly given opportunities to do the needful. A similar opportunity was granted vide order dated 25.03.2025 to comply with the order dated 18.05.2024. Learned counsel has not been able to advance any plausible explanation regarding his failure to follow due procedure, leading to the inference that there is no interest in actively pursuing the matter.

Dismissed for the reasons discussed hereinabove. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly. (KIRTI SINGH) 23.07.2025 JUDGE Kavita Whether speaking/reasoned:
