+ The petitioner%Parveen Kumar has filed Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India and has sought issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No.1 i.e. the Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Panchkula, Haryana, to decide first the stay application filed along with the appeal titled as "Parveen Kumar versus Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Rohtak and another" i.e. Appeal No.48 of 2020 filed by the petitioner under Section 114 of the Haryana Cooperative Societies Act, 1984.

Faced with this situation, Mr. Rajeev Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner has made the statement that he wants to withdraw the present writ petition reserving the right of the petitioner to first move to the authorities and in case of any future eventuality, he can again come up before this Court afresh.
