RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Emuunuel Mal, Police Station Bhaini Mian Khan, Tehsil and District Gurdaspur, submits that the cancelation report has been prepared in the present case and the same shall be presented to the learned court of competent jurisdiction within a period of three weeks from today. He further submits that since the cancelation report has been prepared, this petition for quashing of the same FIR has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of, as such.

Faced with the above, learned counsel for the petitioners also fairly states that let the present petition be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous, in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the State. Ordered accordingly.
