**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India is seeking directions to respondents to decide legal notice dated 16.01.2023 whereby she has claimed extraordinary pension at least from the current date.

Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that husband of the petitioner died while in service. The petitioner has been granted normal pension whereas she is entitled to extraordinary family pension. The petitioner has made representations and further issued a legal notice dated 16.01.2023, however, the respondents have not paid any heed to the legal notice.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Amrita Singh, Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of respondents-UOI. She submits that husband of the petitioner passed away on 21.11.2011, however, petitioner made a representation in the form of legal notice on 16.01.2023 which is hopelessly time barred, still, the ANJU GOEL 2023.07.04 17:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
