There is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

Perusal of record reveals that from the last more than 6 years directions have been given to the petitioners to deposit process fee for summoning the private respondents and the said direction has not been complied with so far.

On 22.05.2018, even last opportunity was afforded to the petitioners for this purpose. It appears that the petitioners are neither interested to summon the private respondents nor to pursue the present petition. 4.

Hence, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.           $  %
