On the day of engagement ceremony of cousin of complainant-Pardeep Singh i.e. 18.1.2016 at around 9.30 am, the present accused due to an altercation is alleged to have inflicted an iron rod blow, by entering the house of the complainant alongwith other coaccused, on the nose and back of complainant. Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Sarabjit Singh has produced the file containing MLR of the complainant.
