However, personal appearance of petitioners No. 2 to 4 namely Harwinder Kaur, Parminder Singh and Harjinder Singh @ Rajinder Singh, respectively, before the Trial Court, during trial, shall remain exempted subject to the following conditions:- i.

petitioners No. 2 to 4 shall be represented through counsel;

shall not delay/stall the trial proceedings;

iii.

shall not dispute their identity as accused;

iv.
