Gupta, Advocate for the respondents. **** Ritu Tagore, J.(Oral) It is brought to the notice that first regular appeal arising out of Civil Suit No.363 dated 05.02.2003/28.07.2014 titled 'Mahant Jagmohan Singh Vs. Mahant Karamjit Singh and others' (Annexure P-3) is fixed, for final arguments before the learned Appellate Court, for tomorrow i.e. 14.08.2024.

Perusal of orders dated 27.02.2024 (Annexure P-7) and 07.05.2024 (Annexure P-10) reveals that the appellant (petitioner herein) has already been granted the liberty to raise all the pleas concerning the details of the tenants and rents collected at the time of final arguments, subject to outcome of the appeal. The petitioner is at liberty to raise all these pleas before the Court concerned, if so desires.

In view of above, the instant revision petition stands disposed of.
