(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for setting aside impugned order dated 15.04.2015 (Annexure P-1) of trial Court, dismissing Criminal Complaint No. 207 dated 07.08.2012, 'Paramjit Singh Vs. Arminam Meena and others', filed by the petitioner and order dated 25.04.2017 (Annexure P-2) of Ist Appellate Court, whereby revision filed by the petitioner against order Annexure P-1, was also dismissed.
Proxy counsel for the petitioner prays for adjournment on the ground that arguing counsel is in some personal difficulty. Heard.
Perusal of file shows that after filing of this petition in the year 2017, it has been taken on Board for five times including today. On three occasions, it was adjourned on account of non-representation on behalf of petitioner.
