This is an application filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, for seeking withdrawal of the main case, i.e., CRM-M-22204-2025. II.

Counsel for the applicant-petitioner submits that he wishes to withdraw the main case, i.e., CRM-M-22204-2025 with liberty to move a fresh bail application before the Court below itself, because, after completion of investigation, final report has already been submitted. III.

Notice of this application.

Mr. Rajiv Sidhu, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondent - State and pleads no objection to the prayer made in the application. V.

In view of the averments made in the application, which is supported by an affidavit of the applicant-petitioner, prayer made therein is allowed, and the applicant-petitioner is permitted to withdraw present case. VI.
