0 1 Challenge made in the present writ petition is to the order/notice dated 14.03.2019 issued under Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003 imposing penalty of Rs. 86,543/- and Rs. 21,000/- towards compounding charges.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-PSPCL contends that the issue has already been dealt with by this Court in the judgment dated 15.01.2024 passed in CWP-10081 of 2019 titled as "Jeet Singh versus State of Punjab and others". She also points out that the Counsel for the petitioner have not been appearing in the present matter and/or have been seeking unnecessary adjournments.
