The present contempt petition has been filed under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.08.2020 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CWP-11579-2020. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that though the interim order is still continuing however, vide Minutes of Meeting held on 27.03.2025 the following decision has been taken : '31. To consider the recommendations made by the Committee in pursuance of the decision of EC Taken vide Resolution No.20 dated 08.04.2024 regarding to review the matter by considering all the aspects in the three diplomas, namely, Computer AMAN JAIN 2025.05.16 09:21 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

COCP-2001-2025 (O&M) -2Engineering, MLT and FT being run under SFS of BPS Mahila Polytechnic being huge deficit in funds and payment of outstanding salary to faculty appointed for these courses.' 3.

Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 and 5 - University, on instructions, states that the services of the petitioners are not being dispensed with vide the aforesaid decision. It is further the contention that since the courses itself have been decided to be discontinued from the next Academic Session and therefore, if at all the services of the petitioners are to be dispensed with, the same would be done in accordance with law after taking due permission from the Court. 4.

In view of the statement made by the learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.1 and 5 - University, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition. 5.

Disposed off. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
