The present petition has been filed under Section 482 CrPC for issuance of necessary directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to properly investigate the matter in G.D. No.008 dated 16.04.2023. 2.

Status report by way of affidavit of Sh. Balkar Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Detective), Ferozepur filed by learned State Counsel is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. It has been stated in the status report that on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner, FIR No.257 dated 22.11.2023 under Sections 452, 379-B, 326, 324, 323, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 has been registered.

In view of the status report filed by learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition and the same is disposed off accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
