Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.1 to 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioner and his family at the hands of respondents No. 6 to 8, who are giving constant threats and unnecessary harassment to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has made a representation dated 12.12.2017 (Annexure P1) to respondent No.2Director General of Police, Punjab and respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, but the same remained unattended till now.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners and perusal of record, respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, is directed to look into the representation dated 12.12.2017 (Annexure P1) and take required action, if any, as per law.
