IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT

CHANDIGARH CRM-MNo. 8337 of 2015 Date of Decision:- 18.08.2015 Gurmeet Kaur .....Appellant

Versus

State of Punjab and others .....Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SHEKHER DHAWAN

Present:

None for the petitioner.

Mr. Varun Sharma, A.A.G., Punjab for the State.

Mr. Chandeep Singh, Advocate for respondent Nos.5 to 7.

**** SHEKHER DHAWAN, J.

There is no representation from petitioner despite pass-over. Learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 to 7 submits that the matter has already been settled and divorce petition under Section 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been filed before the competent Court of jurisdiction. Probably that was the reason, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
