Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the action taken by the respondents to close down their vend, he has submitted a representation but respondents have not decided the same. The petitioner has suffered losses for which he is claiming compensation. 2.

We are of the firm view that if any representation is submitted to the authorities, they are supposed to decide the same. 3.

Learned counsel for the State is present in the Court on serving of copy of this Writ Petition as advance notice. Accordingly, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 29.02.2024 made by the petitioner within a period of 15 days henceforth. 4.
