This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 31.07.2023 passed in CWP-16393-2023. 2.

Compliance report by way of affidavit of Narinder Singh, Block Development & Panchayat Officer-cum-Executive Officer, Panchayat Samiti Nadala, District Kapurthala has been filed by learned State counsel, which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place.
