The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondentBank to liquidate the funds of the deceased Beena Rani such as PPF, PMJJY Scheme etc. while considering representation dated 10.03.2026. They are further seeking to release the same in their favour in consonance with Will dated 05.09.2025 executed by deceased Beena Rani. They are also seeking direction to the respondent to decide their representation dated 10.03.2026.

The petitioners are real brothers of deceased Beena Rani who died on 12.12.2025. They claim that they are the only surviving family members of the deceased along with one brother Vijay Kumar. She was unmarried. On 11.09.2025 a Will was executed in favour of present petitioners specifying that Vijay Kumar would not be entitled to any benefit out of the aforesaid Will. They preferred representation dated DEEPAK BISSYAN 2026.04.23 16:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-12390-2026 -210.03.2026 before Respondent No.3-State Bank of India requesting liquidation of funds lying in the account of deceased Beena Rani but to no avail.

On being confronted with the fact that petitioners have remedy to approach Banking Ombudsman, learned counsel for the petitioners expressed his inability to controvert the same and seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as permissible by law.
