The present petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.13, dated 11.01.2019, under Sections 427/447/506/147/149 IPC registered at Police Station Narwana Sadar, District Jind along with all the consequential proceedings. 2.

Learned State counsel has apprised the Court that all the accused have been acquitted by the learned trial Court in the aforementioned FIR, vide order dated 09.01.2026, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. 3.
