The present petition is for grant of parole to the petitioner, to enable him to attend the marriage of a close relative (Sister's son). 2.

Learned State counsel has filed a status report by way of an affidavit of Mr. Vivek Kundu, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Meham District Rohtak on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2-State, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions and verify the factum of marriage, which is fixed for 20.05.2023 & 21.05.2023. 3.

In light of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the petitioner is ordered to be released on parole for one week from 19.05.2023 and he shall surrender back on 26.05.2023. PARUL 2023.05.18 17:12 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
