It is submitted that during investigation the petitioner was found innocent and put in column no.2. It is further contended that petitioner is ready and willing to join trial. Vide order dated 29.2.2016 while issuing notice of motion it was directed that in the event of petitioner surrendering before the trial court within 7 days, he shall be released on interim bail. CRM-M 7198/2016 At the time of hearing today, it is submitted that pursuant to the order dated 29.2.2016 petitioner surrendered before the trial court on 4.3.2016 and was released on interim bail. The said factual position is not disputed by the learned State counsel.

In view of the above, interim bail granted by the trial court on 4.3.2016,pursuant to the order dated 29.2.2016 passed by this Court, is made absolute.

Disposed of.
