**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The grievance of the petitioners is that they had given a legal notice dated 16.01.2019 (Annexure P-4) stating therein that their services be regularized w.e.f 01.10.2003 instead of 17.07.2014 but no action has been taken till date. Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Palika Monga, DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is being disposed of by giving direction to respondents to look into legal notice dated 16.01.2019 (Annexure P-4) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
