CWP No.13730 of 2019 (O&M) -1IN THE HIGH COURT FOR THE STATES OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT CHANDIGARH CWP No.13730 of 2019 (O&M) Date of Decision.16.07.2019 Deepak

...Petitioner

Vs State of Haryana and others ..Respondents CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL

Present:

Mr. Balraj Gujjar, Advocate for the petitioner.

-.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Prayer in present writ petition is for appropriate direction to respondents for taking action on legal notice dated 30.04.2019 (Annexure P-7) for terminating services of one Ramesh Kumar on the basis of enquiry report submitted by Enquiry Officer, who found him guilty for committing fraud and fabrication.

Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that on the basis of complaint of petitioner, entire process was initiated but the department took no action on receipt of enquiry report nor FIR registered except that a show cause notice dated 14.06.2017 has been issued.

I am afraid aforementioned action cannot be taken, as the writ petition is bereft of information as to the action taken on show cause notice, much less, as to any information has been sought regarding outcome of same. If at all, petitioner is acting as a whistle blower and an action has already been initiated, Court cannot interfere into aforementioned process for espousing grievance of petitioner, who may be nursing a rancour against respondent or may PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.07.19 13:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.13730 of 2019 (O&M) -2be a result of settling some personal score. Writ petition is dismissed with costs of `10,000/- to be paid to the Bar Association of this Court being wholly preposterous, fallacious and devoid of merit.
