The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of order dated 03.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in FIR No.4 dated 06.01.2023 under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station City 2, Mansa, District Mansa. 2.

In pursuance to the order dated 25.04.2025 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the Court and has sought concession of bail from the Court concerned.  3.

In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the impugned order Sonia Puri 2025.08.02 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document dated 03.02.2025 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

CRM-M No.21827 of 2025 -2-   Mansa whereby the petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person, the said order has become redundant.  4.

Learned counsel for the parties submits that they have compromised the matter and shall move an application before the Court concerned for compounding of offence(s) as made in the FIR and therefore, prays for directions to be issued to the Court concerned for its expeditious disposal. 5.

In view of prayer made on behalf of the parties, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the parties to appear before the Court concerned and shall move an application before the said Court and the trial Court concerned is directed to decide the same expeditiously, in accordance with law. 01st August, 2025 (H.S.
