For the reasons stated in the application, the same are allowed. Copy of the compromise dated 20.01.2021 is taken on record as Annexure A-1.

CWP-5996-2006 Since the subject matter of the present writ petition was also the subject matter in the bunch of RSAs, lead case being RSA No.4604 of 2001, and the same stand disposed off vide separate order of even date, the present writ petition is also disposed off in view of the compromise dated 20.01.2021, Annexure A-1. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
