**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 293 dated 14.08.2017 under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B, 126 IPC, registered at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that one Kajal i.e. the prosecutrix left her home voluntarily and approached this Court by filing CRM-M-35730-2017 titled 'Kajal vs. State of Haryana and others' seeking protection of her life and liberty from the hands of her parents and other relatives. Thereafter an FIR No. 293 dated 14.08.2017 under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B, 126 IPC, came to be registered against one Toofan Singh, the petitioner herein, at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat alleging that the said boy had allured and taken away the prosecutrix for the purpose of solemnizing a marriage. CRM-M-48513-2017 -2by an agreement settlement dated 28.11.2017. In the said settlement agreement the complainant was agreed that the proceedings in FIR No. 293 dated 14.08.2017 under Sections 363, 366-A, 120-B, 126 IPC, registered at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat would not be pursued and, therefore, the petitioner herein prays for grant of anticipatory bail. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and have gone through the settlement agreement arrived at between the parties. In view of the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties, the arrest of the petitioner is stayed and the petition stands disposed of accordingly.
