Ujjagar Singh v. State Of Punjab
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CRM-M-49430-2018 DATE OF DECISION:-12.11.2018 UJJAGAR SINGH ...PETITIONER...
V.
STATE OF PUNJAB ...RESPONDENT...
CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE RAMENDRA JAIN
Present:
Mr. Naveen Sharma, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition, petitioner wishes to recall order dated 08.10.2018 (Annexure P-3) of this Court, cleverly drafting it under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing order dated 12.10.2018 of the trial court. Perusal of order dated 25.09.2018 of Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana shows that the petitioner is a habitual offender. He has been booked in nine more cases of similar nature. Trial court and appellate court, in impugned orders, have observed that the present case registered against the petitioner falls within the category of "non-bailable offence". In view of above, this Court is not inclined to review its earlier order dated 08.10.2018 and differ with the observations made in impugned orders passed by the courts below.
Dismissed.
